Terms of Service

• Services. Marketing and lead tools for home-service businesses, as listed in your written agreement.
• Term. 3-month start, then month to month. Cancel after the first 3 months with 30 days' notice.
• Payment. Billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are not refundable once work begins.
• Your accounts. You own your Google listing, domain and texting registration. We manage them for you and hand them back when we part ways.
• No guarantees. We do not promise rankings, leads, reviews or revenue.
• Not included. Social media management. Ads are quoted separately.
• AI receptionist. It is an automated assistant, tells callers so, and can make mistakes. It is not for emergencies.
• Liability. Limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before a claim. Alabama law applies.
