Allen's: search appearances from Google Search Console, Feb 4 to Oct 27, 2026; requests (June 11 to Oct 29), estimates and invoices (May 17 to Oct 30) from Allen's app. The dollar figure combines the estimates and invoices, counting a customer once when both exist, and was paid directly to Allen's. Do you run ads or social media?
We don't manage social media right now. Ad management is available as a separate quote, and you pay the ad platform directly.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your Google listing, domain and texting registration stay in your name, and we manage them for you.
Is there a contract?
There's a simple written agreement. Every plan starts with a 3-month term, because setup is the biggest piece of work and search results take time. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We hand your accounts back.
Will I rank number one?
We can't promise rankings, and nobody honest can. We do the work, and report each month on calls, requests, reviews and search visibility.
Does the AI receptionist replace me?
No. It covers the calls you can't take, tells callers it's an automated assistant, collects their details and sends them to you. Urgent calls can be forwarded to your phone.
