AI phone receptionist
Calls you can’t take still get answered
Contractors miss calls on the job. The receptionist answers the ones you can't, takes the caller's details and sends you a short summary, so you can call back the ones that matter.
How it works
A call comes in
You can't answer. After a few rings, or when you're busy, the call goes to the receptionist.
It tells the caller it's automated
It says so up front, asks for their name, number and what they need, and answers simple questions you've approved.
You get a summary
A short text or email with who called and why. Urgent calls can be sent straight to your phone.
What it does, and what it doesn't
It doesn't give quotes, book jobs without your approval, or replace emergency services, and like any automated system it can make mistakes. Calls may be recorded or transcribed so the summary is accurate, and you are responsible for any notice your business has to give callers. We set it up around how your business takes calls.

Questions
Will callers know it's not a person?
Yes. It tells them it's an automated assistant at the start of the call.
What if the call is an emergency?
Urgent calls can be forwarded straight to your phone. The receptionist is not a replacement for emergency services.
Can I get it without a plan?
Yes. It's $99.99 a month on its own, with the same 3-month start.
Do you promise it will bring in more jobs?
No. It makes sure fewer calls go unanswered, and it sends you the details so you can follow up.
