Real example
Allen’s Construction
A Tuscaloosa remodeling and repair company. We built their website and the tools their team runs the business on. Here’s what’s in place and what the numbers show so far.
Allen’s by the numbers
Search appearances: Google Search Console, Feb 4 to Oct 27, 2026. Requests (June 11 to Oct 29), estimates and invoices (May 17 to Oct 30): Allen’s app. The dollar figure combines the estimates and invoices, counting a customer once when both exist, and was paid directly to Allen’s. These are Allen’s numbers, shared with permission, and are not a promise of what any business will earn.
What we built
A new website
A mobile-first site with a quote request form, service pages and clear contact options.
A way to track every request
Requests from the website, Angi, phone and email land in one place, with follow-up emails that go out automatically so a request doesn’t sit.
Estimates and invoices
Allen’s builds estimates and invoices in one app, from a price list based on their past jobs, and sends them by email.
A photo and video walkthrough
Customers send pictures or a short video from their phone before an estimate, so the team can scope the job and draft a price without driving out first.
Review requests and Google upkeep
Requests go out after finished jobs, and we keep the Google listing and the site’s search setup maintained from Search Console data.
An office view
A daily Today screen shows what needs attention, and the team can see a customer’s full history in one place.
What we’d be honest about
Most of Allen’s requests come from Angi, not from our website. What we add is the follow-up, the estimates and invoices, and the search work on top. Their search position is still a work in progress: Allen’s averages around position 34 in Google search, and we’re improving it month by month. We don’t promise rankings, and we don’t claim the website produced these jobs on its own.
